Hi guys, how're u doing??
I been doing some racing lately , pretty good. I mean I been racing against faster racers and still could win some races.
U know, the other nite I wanted to do some racing and been forced to download this upgrade. When I started over tne game
completely changed, no sets, no cars, I don't even have the FBMW.
Anyway, I didn't do much stuff, but now I wonder if there's the end of free racers, or there's a way to enter the free forums again.
Any of you heard some about it?
I need some help..

I'm still able to log in with a demo account so they haven't gotten rid of demo racing.

But Scawen did provide an update to the game, just to improve connecting to servers and such. So maybe you have to update your LFS as most servers are using this new update and you won't be able to connect to them without updating yourself.

Not sure if this is what happened but it is possible.

I had the LFS X version, that's the one I logged in as far as I remember. It´s a demo version, as you said. Two nites ago clicking on the game to start looking for a server and stuff, a square appeared, no options, it says -upgrade- and I had no other choice than upgrading.
After that, no cars, no sets, no nothing, only my identity.
And this operation overwrited all the files on mu computer, the game is no longer suitable.
I downloaded another one from the net, just the same thing. I don't know.
Anyway if any of you know something that can help me, please let me know.

it´s strange thing becuose i update my LFS from 6B to 6E with no problem and i didn´t lost any data.

Did this "patch installer" made new game folder and new desk icon ?

As i know this new patch can´t overwrite your game data .. and as Falcon said this patch only should improve some connection problems and stuff like that.

am allways using "manual patch"


in your case sounds like game reinstall it self

thry to check if this action really made new game folder somewhere .... i really can´t understand your situation

Falcon I was thrying to send u a msg via LFSW.net but it seems you have disabled your messages so I failed to do so .... hope you will read this.


I will participate on Realistic NASCAR events as much as I can. I will running races on CUP series and OPEN series. Cup series are at KY1 as I like it and Open series have few racesw on KY1 too so I think all this can be good fun!

am ... as it looks I won´t be running under DNT tag as team is all messed up as I know

Pat is all ok with your LFS game folders? or is all your data lost for good :/ ?

I'm going to be racing all the events because I like short track racing.

I just enabled messages to be sent to be via LFS World, I didn't know I had that disabled.

Good luck on getting the licence(s) for getting into the CUP series. Shouldn't be too hard though, as you are a good driver.

well ... Falcon i hope that to obtain those licences isn´t that hard because am really looking forward to race on those events

yesterday was racing with guys on oval and Corny was there too ... we hade good time and he decide to put me on the Licence (S) list .. so now am ok with that

Corny & me ask guys if they will come too but they don´t know yet

on other hand it´s better for us if they don´t show up .. man am evil

... oh and yes i will come to practice ... i hope !
